I did accomplish my goal of releasing weight. I also learned to release unpleasant memories. The stiffness and pain in my knees and knuckles is gone.
I was, and continue to be amazed at the work I have done with Dr. Carson's help. I no longer have cravings for unhealthful foods and have learned to release unpleasant or painful memories. Because of the work done here I am no longer having stiffness and pain in my joints. Thank you Dr. Carson.
